Common questions
Do my clients need an account?
No. The client enters their details while booking and, if needed, confirms with a 6-digit code sent to their email. Afterwards they can change or cancel the booking through the link in that email.
Can I run group classes?
Yes. You set a capacity for the session, everyone who joins is listed under that same session, and the remaining seats are calculated automatically.
I work with several specialists — does everyone see everything?
No. A specialist sees only their own calendar, clients, revenue and expenses. The manager sees everything and filters by person. This separation was designed in from the start for independents renting space in a clinic.
Can I install it on my phone?
Yes. Randevubase adds itself to your home screen like an app; there is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play, and updates arrive on their own.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export your client and booking data to Excel at any time. Data is stored in line with Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and is never shared with third parties.
